How to loose weiight by drinking water -the Water Diet

I thought you might be interested in knowing that to drink water ( at least 8 glasses a day , 2 glasses before each  main meals + other 2 during the day ) activates metabolism and helps burning fats . This has been scientifically proven, as many internet articles shows.
In Italy an interesting book "La Dieta dell'Acqua" has just been published with a good success.
So Drink Water !
